Terms & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: August 2026. By booking with i Cabs Car Rental, you agree to the following terms.

Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message from i Cabs Car Rental.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a booking in case of vehicle unavailability or force majeure events.
  • Booking confirmation is sent via WhatsApp and/or call within 15 minutes of your request.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation: Cancel up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time at no charge.
  • 50% cancellation fee: Cancellations made within 2 hours of pickup will incur a 50% charge of the total fare.
  • 100% cancellation fee: No-shows or cancellations after the driver has departed will be charged the full fare.

Fares & Payments

  • All fares quoted are fixed and inclusive of driver charges and fuel.
  • Toll charges, state taxes, and parking fees are charged at actuals and are not included in the base fare.
  • For outstation trips, driver allowance (₹300/day) is included in the quoted package price.
  • Payment can be made in cash or via UPI/bank transfer. No advance payment required for most bookings.
  • GST invoices are available for corporate clients on request.

Passenger Conduct

  • Passengers are expected to treat drivers with respect and courtesy.
  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, and consumption of food with strong odors are not permitted in the vehicle.
  • Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the trip.
  • i Cabs Car Rental reserves the right to terminate a trip without refund in case of passenger misconduct.

Liability

  • i Cabs Car Rental is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
  • We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle.
  • In case of a vehicle breakdown, we will arrange an alternative vehicle at the earliest.
  • Our liability is limited to the fare paid for the trip in question.

Privacy

  • We collect your name, phone number, and email address for booking purposes only.
  • Your contact details may be used to send booking confirmations and service updates.
  • We do not share your personal information with third parties.
